Policies and Procedures

1. You must sign a contract and a $50 deposit is required to secure your date. Retainers are non-refundable & non-transferable.
2. Services can be added where the wedding timeline allows but services/ service payments cannot be taken away after payment has been made. 
3. Final headcount and payment is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
4. A travel fee and a hotel stay fee may be applied if outside of the Triad, NC area.
5. Additional stylist(s) fee may apply depending on the amount of hairstyles and time.
6. Trial run is not required however, it is highly recommended and preferred. It gives me a chance to get to know your hair, and your wedding day hair vision. This ensures everything runs smoothly on the big day! 
7. Typically I schedule 30 minutes per bridesmaid and 45 minutes for the bride.
8. Being an on site stylist I do not have a studio or physical space for you and your party to get ready. I come to you. This goes for trial run as well. Trial runs are also on-site. I’ll come to wherever you wish to do a trial.  (Travel fee and possible hotel fee will apply if you are outside of the Triad area) However, if you are willing to travel to me I can work out a space for us to do a trial run. 
9.  I don’t offer makeup services, but I can recommend many wonderful makeup artists.

Tips for Day Of:

1. I ask that each person come with freshly washed and blow dried hair the night before or day of wedding (Unless otherwise discussed with me).  
2. Sometimes it is thought that dirty hair is better for updos, but there is NO need to come with your hair dirty. I have plenty of hair products to add texture and volume!
3. Please do not come with wet hair as blow dry time is not calculated into hairstyle time for wedding day.
4. If client has naturally curly hair and prefers to wear it that way. Come with it in it’s natural best  curly form and I will be happy to create a lovely hairstyle with your natural curl. However, if a client prefers to have it smooth, I ask that you blow dry your hair smooth beforehand and I will curl it with my curling iron before pinning.
